A moment for relaxation
Sit comfortably. Close your eyes. Take a deep breath. Exhale.
Breathe in, and as you exhale relax your shoulders.
Breathe in, and drop your tongue to the bottom of your mouth as you exhale.
Breathe in, and relax your jaw as you exhale.
Breathe in, and relax any area where you hold tension as you exhale.
Repeat as often as you’d like (at least 2 to 3 times a week).
